The Nursing Department of the Beauséjour Regional Health Authority offers nurse professionals many different opportunities to work in a dynamic environment in which innovation and team work are valued.

Advanced practice nursing supports health care delivery to patients and nursing staff and several clinical nurse specialists and nurse practitioners are members of our health care teams. We work with dynamic nursing teams either in direct patient care or in the community, in management, in training and research.

The Nursing Department operates under a nursing management model that encourages nurses to participate in making decisions that concern their work and work environment as well as their professional development.
