The Vitalité Health Network is the most important consolidation of francophone health care services in Atlantic Canada.

The facilities of the Beauséjour Zone are:

• Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre;
• Dr-Léon-Richard Oncology Centre;
• Mgr-Henri-Cormier Lodge;
• Veterans’ Health Centre;
• Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital;
• Shediac Regional Medical Centre;
• Dieppe Health Centre;
• Kent, Shediac and Blanche-Bourgeois Extra-Mural Programs ; and
• Public Health and Community Mental Health Centres.

The Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre is also the francophone teaching hospital of New Brunswick for the medical, nursing and paramedical sectors. As well, the hospital is the primary institution for various internship programs.
